08.07.2025 Building the EUPeace Joint Digital Campus: Mobility Made Simple

EUPeace is proud to present a major milestone in our mission to strengthen international mobility: the Gateway to the Joint Digital Campus. This new initiative, detailed in our recently submitted Deliverable 4.1, lays the digital foundations for a more connected, inclusive, and accessible European education space.
At the heart of this development is the EUPeace Mobility Portal, a centralised online platform that offers students and staff from our nine partner universities clear, structured information on exchange opportunities, funding, housing, and academic services. Already live, the portal brings together mobility factsheets, application guidance, and virtual campus tours to simplify every stage of the mobility journey.
Two major components are now being finalised:

• The Course Repository – a shared catalogue of academic offers across the Alliance, enabling students to easily find and register for relevant courses.
• The Buddy System – launching in October 2025, this peer-support programme will help incoming students and staff settle into their host institutions, both socially and academically.

Together, these tools form the first building blocks of the EUPeace Joint Digital Campus, which aims to enable seamless cross-border mobility and digital cooperation. Supported by ongoing design thinking workshops and strong inter-university collaboration, this initiative is a testament to EUPeace’s commitment to inclusive, student-centred innovation in higher education.
