Short Term Programs:
Marburg International Winter University (IWU) - „Scientific challenges in the global village" (January 11 - 25, 2025)
- 2-week short term program (January 13-24, 2025)
- German Language and Introduction to Biology Course
- Up to 6 ECTS Credits
- Knowledge of German not required; language of instruction is English
Participants will receive an introduction to the fields of biology and molecular biology with lectures and hands-on laboratory experience. The biology courses are developed to adapt to the student’s level of experience, including those not necessarily pursuing a degree in the life sciences but with a strong curiosity for interdisciplinary connections. International Summer University (ISU), Marburg University - "Germany and Europe in a Turbulent World - History, Politics, Society, and Culture"
4-week short term program offering subject-specific courses combined with intensive German classes. The ISU usally starts in July. Further info
Comillas Pontifical University Summer School
Comillas Pontifical University Summer School offers the opportunity to earn up to 9 ECTS. The diverse range of courses includes Business Management, Digital Marketing, European Union and International Law, Spanish Language and Culture, Social-Health Coordination and additional subjects. The program runs from June to July, spanning up to 4 weeks. Further info
ArtCamp International Summer School of Art, University of West Bohemia
The ArtCamp International Summer School of Art has been giving Czech and foreign art supporters the opportunity to spend a part of their summer in a creative and inspiring environment, discover or develop their talents, meet interesting Czech and foreign artists, and prepare for art university examinations. Virtual International Programme (VIP) at the University of Giessen (JLU)
The VIP is the best way to learn more about JLU from home. Tailored to the needs of international students from partner universities of JLU, it offers a varied and flexible online program. Further info

University of Prishtina, International Summer University
The University of Prishtina offers students a fantastic opportunity to capitalize on their potential and widen their horizon across 28 courses delivered by international experts. The program generally starts in July. Further info
University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA), School for Policy Analysis, Summer School
September 2024 NaUKMA offers the first Summer School on "Russia's War on Ukraine". During a two week online course, roots of the conflict are exposed and trends and consequences are forecast. By completing a group project 4 ECTS can be gained. Further info
