27.05.2025 The European Track's pilot phase in 2025/26

The European Track – EUPeace's brand-new cross- and interdisciplinary certificate for students enrolled at EUPeace universities – will be launching across the Alliance in its pilot phase in the academic year 2025/26.
In anticipation, we’re delighted to announce that the EUPeace Education Board has approved over 150 separate courses from across the whole EUPeace Alliance for the pilot phase of the Track. These include a highly varied selection of virtual and hybrid courses, which we’ll be offering via our Virtual European Exchange Programme (VEEP); but the selection also encompasses a substantial range of in-person courses, which students will have the opportunity to complete during Erasmus+ semesters and years at other EUPeace partner institutions.
As an Alliance, we’re aiming to cover a huge (cross-)disciplinary spectrum. From introductions to themes in intercultural communication; through interdisciplinary approaches to peace, justice, and inclusive societies; to courses addressing the environmental challenges and solutions of today and tomorrow… we hope there’ll be something for everyone.
Tomorrow's European change-makers will be able to gain three certificates – of between 6 and 18 ECTS points – for each of the European Track’s three levels. You can find out more on this page, which will be updated in the coming weeks with university-specific information.
And if you or your colleagues are interested in offering one of your existing courses for the European Track in the autumn/winter semester 2025/26, you’re very welcome indeed to propose courses up to and including our submission deadline of 16 June 2025: please contact your university’s work package 2 representative, along with the WP2 Coordinator, Dr Robert Craig: eupeace.wp2@uni-giessen.de.
