From 15–18 September 2025, the Student Council of the EUPeace Alliance was welcomed by the University of Sarajevo for its annual meeting and the Students’ Declaration of Peace event.

One of the main objectives of the gathering was the election of a new executive team. The newly elected Student Council Executive Team is composed of:
- President: Sibel Alara TASA (Çukurova University)
- Vice-President: Leon HEBEISEN (University of Giessen)
- Secretary: Rijad CRVENJAK (University of Sarajevo)
- Head of Communication: Adriana PACIOS-RAMIREZ (Comillas University)
Supporting executive positions were also confirmed:
- Commissioner for Association and Student Life: Alessandro LONZANE (University of Calabria)
- Commissioner for Student Democracy: Simon BUCHNER (University of Marburg)
- Commissioner for International Mobility: Niocal DEL RIO EL MORALES (Comillas University)
- Commissioner for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB): Evelyn DAHMER (University of Marburg)
- Commissioner for Academic Training, Innovation and Partnership Development: Leon HEBEISEN (University of Giessen)
- Commissioner for Peace: Juraj PREVIŠIĆ (University of Mostar)
- Project Manager: Imran PAŠALIĆ (University of Sarajevo)
The Student Council assembly warmly thanks the previous executive team for their dedication and achievements over the past term.
Strategic priorities set for the 2025–2026 term
In addition to the elections, members worked intensively on action plans and strategies for the 2025–2026 term. Key objectives include:
- preparing for the first-ever EUPSA meeting in Limoges in October 2025,
- strengthening the structure and visibility of the EUPeace Student Association (EUPSA) at both local and European level,
- promoting student-led events, mobilities and projects across the alliance,
- enhancing external representation and cooperation with other university alliances,
- ensuring strong student participation in the EUPeace Digital Platform and governance structures,
- continuing work on the European Track and joint degree initiatives with partner universities.
The Student Council is ready to continue building on past efforts to foster student engagement, strengthen EUPSA, and make the voice of students heard within the EUPeace Alliance and beyond.
