Political Behaviour and Civic Responsibility – University of Mostar

The goal of this project’s program is twofold: on one hand, we aim to encourage young people to take an interest in participating in social and political processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina; on the other hand, we seek to connect them by overcoming ethnic and entity-based divisions.

In societies marked by conflict, ethnic divisions, and weak institutional culture, political behavior often takes on forms that further contribute to polarization and mistrust among citizens. Therefore, it is essential to create spaces for education and critical discussion, where young people can develop skills for analyzing political processes, understand the role of political actors, and become aware of their own role in driving social change.
