About the Staff Week
The EUPeace Communications Staff Week 2026 brings together communications colleagues from across the Alliance for a time of exchange and joint work. It offers a space to step back from day-to-day tasks, take stock of how we communicate as an Alliance, and explore how we can work together more closely and effectively.
The focus is on practical, hands-on sessions rather than presentations. Participants share good practices from their own institutions and from other European University alliances, discuss common challenges, and look at how shared tools and workflows can be developed further. A particular emphasis lies on anchoring EUPeace more firmly in local communication structures, drawing on the knowledge, networks and resources already available at each university.
The Staff Week is designed as a collaborative format, shaped together by the participating universities. The aim is for everyone to return home with ideas they can put into practice, and with a stronger shared basis for communicating EUPeace to students, staff and the wider public.
Programme overview
The Communications Staff Week takes place in Limoges directly after the EUPeace Autumn Meeting and is organised around two thematic days.
- Thursday 8 October: Our shared toolkit and data, and how we work with communications colleagues at our universities.
- Friday 9 October: Brand and student awareness, from shared challenges to practical local ideas.
