Short-Term Mobilities

Short-term mobilities make it possible for you to gain international experience within a feasible timframe!

What?

As an Erasmus+ funded student, you can participate in a short-term mobility in the form of courses or training programmes lasting from 5 to 30 days. Short-term mobilities must be hybrid, that is to say combined with a virtual activity, no matter the field of study. They can be imbedded in various programmes, such as BIPs or summer/winter schools.

Mobilities, either long or short, have to be integrated in your curriculum and be counted towards your diploma. A short-term mobility also counts towards your maximum mobility allotment of 12 months per study cycle.

How?

To apply, please reach out to the international office coordinator at your home institution.

Where?

The EUPeace consortium consists of nine partners in seven countries. Short-term mobilities can be funded through the Erasmus+ programme for partners in all programme countries that have inter-institutional agreements in place. Mobilities from and to partner countries non-associated to the Erasmus+ program are particular to each university.

Funding

Your short-term mobility can be eligible for funding contributing to travel and daily costs, depending on the destination or the number of students applying for a grant. Your individual support depends on your sending and receiving institution and takes the form of a daily rate.

Duration of the physical activity Amount
(for any EU Member States and third countries associated to
the Programme or third country not associated to the Programme)
Up to the 14th day of activity 79 EUR per day
15th to the 30th day of activity 56 EUR per day

The image shows a clay modelling studio during ArtCamp, an international summer school held at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Several participants are working on life-size clay head studies, using a live male model as reference. In the foreground, one participant is shaping a clay head with both hands, focusing on the contours of the jaw and neck. Other participants in the room are similarly engaged in modelling their own sculptures. The studio environment includes worktables, sculpting tools and partially finished clay pieces. The image reflects the hands-on nature of the course and the use of traditional sculptural techniques.
