As part of EUPeace, the European University for Peace, Justice, and Inclusive Societies, the language centre of Marburg University invites you to the Virtual Coffee Breaks in English in autumn 2026. The sessions are led by Dr Fabienne Quennet from Marburg University and are aimed at administrative staff at all EUPeace partner universities who are non-native speakers of English.
What to expect
The virtual coffee breaks in English aim to improve the English language proficiency of non-native speakers within the university administration staff, fostering effective communication in the workplace. The program primarily is designed to enhance language skills specifically relevant to administrative roles, addressing common scenarios encountered in university settings, and other current topics within higher education.
English for Staff – Meet your colleagues, talk, share, and improve your English skills with a trainer from the language center
- Recommended level: All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced, so don’t be shy.
