EUPeace Course Repository
The EUPeace Course Repository is our central hub for all teaching offers available to the whole alliance! In it you will find courses offered by all nine partner universities. These include courses offered both in person and online – many of them for our European Track certificate – as well as teacher education courses and offers for lifelong learners.
As a student, you are an integral part of EUPeace, a European University alliance that brings together nine universities from seven countries to facilitate occasions of collaboration and exchange. Whether you are interested in a physical semester mobility, a blended mobility, a short-term opportunity, or virtual exchanges, you can explore our options below to find the right choice for you among the many mobility opportunities EUPeace offers.
During the Winter Semester 2025/26, EUPeace hosted a comprehensive Student Info Session Series to introduce the many mobility and engagement opportunities across our alliance. Just enjoy the experience to the fullest and learn as much as you can!

What did you enjoy most about your mobility experience?
What I enjoyed most was meeting new people and experiencing a different culture firsthand. I especially appreciated the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. It gave me the opportunity not only to grow professionally, but also to exchange ideas, perspectives, and experiences with people from different backgrounds. Overall, it was both a valuable professional milestone and a deeply meaningful personal experience.
What surprised you about your host country or university?
What surprised me most was how warm and hospitable people were—I felt comfortable and included right from the start. I was also impressed by the friendly atmosphere at the university and how open everyone was to sharing ideas and learning about different cultures.

The opportunity to study at a private catholic university was the most surprising adventure for me
Any advice for future mobility students?
Enjoy every second
One of the things that impressed me the most about Marburg was that it is a university based city with a wonderful cultural structure. With its historical background and castles, every minute I felt like being in a Harry Potter movie. Also university’s wide range of facilities has a great impact on the development of the students who come here. My favorite part of Marburg University was the library; I can easily say it’s the largest and most beautiful library I’ve ever seen…This university is perfect for a student!

- City – Madrid is a stunning city with a wealth of opportunities and experiences for young people.
- Atmosphere – The teachers and fellow students are exceptionally friendly and supportive.
- Subjects – A diverse range of subjects is available, with a focus on practical learning rather than just exams. Additionally, SAPIENS courses are offered, which are recognized by many European schools.
What was your favourite place during your mobility?
My first flight was to Rome on my way to Calabria, and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the capital. However, I also found Calabria incredibly beautiful due to its coastal location. In particular, I would highly recommend Tropea and Scilla to anyone visiting the region, as they are wonderful places to explore during a mobility experience.
What did you enjoy most about your mobility experience?
I especially enjoyed immersing myself in Italian culture. I found it fascinating that Italians use so many gestures in daily communication, and that their meanings can differ significantly from those in other countries. Of course, having the opportunity to collaborate with people from a different background and learning to understand each other throughout the process was also a deeply valuable and rewarding experience for me.
What surprised you about your host country or university?
What surprised me most was the unique architecture of the university. The main complex is very different from anything I had seen before; it is built along a bridge-like structure with cube-shaped buildings on both sides. Each department is located in one of these cubes, which are arranged sequentially across the campus. I was also deeply impressed by the display of flags from so many different nations in front of the university. It made me realize just how many international students there are at the University of Calabria, which I honestly had not expected to this extent.
Any advice for future mobility students?
I would strongly advise future students to learn some basic Italian before their departure, as English is not widely spoken in everyday situations. Knowing even simple Italian expressions can make daily interactions much easier and help you adapt and integrate more quickly.
