On 15 January 2025, the “Çukurova University EUPeace Student Club” was officially established with the first elected Executive Board with a base of 500 students. This student club is established to be a bridge between EUPeace as an international project and the students of Çukurova University. The formation of local bodies is also a milestone for the European University EUPeace to reach out to students.
Upcoming activities include “Project Development and Capacity Building Trainings” for students who want to be part of the local team, a workshop on “Student Participation in Life”, monthly “Roundtable Discussions” led by experts, an “Encouragement in Speaking English” seminar, and “Mental Health Awareness” events.
