Facilitating and encouraging work- and challenge-based learning through internships in schools is one of the most important tasks within EUPeace WP3. Therefore, as part of the Winter School, the first WP3 Internship Meeting will take place from January 28-30, 2025. Internships in schools abroad are an outstanding opportunity for student teachers to experience teaching and learning in other cultural contexts and to integrate mobility into their study programme. A clear benefit lies in the comparison between their own and foreign education systems. EUPeace already has 11 associated partner schools where student teachers will be able to do an internship.
The Internship Meeting is split into three thematic sessions:
