Cukurova University in Adana, Türkiye, is organizing its 12th International Staff Week “Effective Strategies for boosting internationalization” scheduled from May 4th to 8th, 2026.
The Target Group This event primarily targets IRO officers from partner and non-partner universities worldwide, operating at both central and faculty/departmental levels, as well as representatives of units responsible for internationalization. 2 participants per university are welcome.
The Agenda During the week, participants will have the opportunity to attend several sessions, seminars and workshops and actively participate in the programme through the presentation of selected topics, mainly focused on the following themes:

enhancing the quality and impact of incoming exchange activities

improving internship mobility
-
the impact of universities alliances on institutional capacity
-
academy&industry partnerships
-
promoting PhD mobility
Participants are expected to bring examples from their institutions into the discussion and present best practices or innovative approaches to the issues addressed. The topics will be selected by the participants in the application form. Therefore, the detailed programme will be provided accordingly.
The event will provide an intercultural learning experience in addition to get to know the different centers of Cukurova University and exchange best practices on the selected topics. The upcoming staff week will also offer networking opportunities and explore new paths for future institutional collaboration.
