EUPeace Student-led Events: Your Idea, Your Community, Your Impact!
Have an idea that could bring students together, spark meaningful conversations, celebrate diversity, or create positive change? Now is your chance to make it happen!
The EUPeace Alliance invites students from all nine partner universities to turn their ideas into inspiring student-led events that bring our shared values of peace, justice, and inclusion to life.
What can you organise?
Almost anything that brings people together and creates a meaningful experience! Your event could be:
- A workshop, talk, or seminar
- An art, music, or performance activity
- A sports or wellbeing event
- A game or quiz night
- An intercultural or social gathering
- A creative campaign or awareness activity
- A community-building initiative
- Or something completely different — surprise us with your idea!
Make it EUPeace-wide!
Your event must include at least one online or digital component, giving students from other EUPeace universities the opportunity to join, interact, or experience part of the event.
You could, for example, livestream your event, organise an online session, create social media interaction, connect with students from another EUPeace university, or come up with your own digital idea.
All selected events must be completed by 31 August 2027, with a final activity report submitted to the local EUPeace coordinator by 30 September 2027.

- Is the event accessible and open to students from all partner universities?
- Does it facilitate broad participation regardless of format (online, hybrid, or locally coordinated activities)?
- Replicability
- Can the event be replicated across other partner universities?
- Feasibility and funding justification
- Is the requested funding realistic and proportionate to the project scope?
- Will the requested funding enable the project objectives to be achieved?
- Transparency and quality of application
- Is the proposal presented in a clear, honest, and transparent manner?
- Are goals, responsibilities, and expected outcomes adequately explained?
- Political neutrality and ethical alignment
- Does the project maintain political neutrality and align with the Alliance’s principles and ethical standards?
- Institutional or staff support
- Does the project demonstrate coordination with staff members?
- Innovation and student impact
- Does the event introduce new ideas, encourage collaboration, or provide meaningful benefits to students?
- Potential for community building
- Does the event foster interaction, cooperation, and stronger connections among students across universities?
