Staff Training Week at the University of Marburg and Justus Liebig University Giessen – Digitalisation in Alliance Mobilities – Opportunities, Challenges, Solutions (Monday 7 to Friday 11 October 2024)
The mobility teams from Marburg University and Justus Liebig University Giessen are pleased to invite participants from EUPeace Alliance members to our first International Staff Training Week on the digitalisation of alliance mobilities.
The main goal of our International Staff Training Week (STW) is to strengthen and develop professional competences in dealing with mobility-specific digitalisation challenges. Thus, the programme offers exciting live workshops and presentations about different aspects relating to the STW theme, all in formats that are engaging and animating.
Please note!
We will organise various workshops in which colleagues from the IT and IRO teams will work together in different compositions. It is therefore advantageous that colleagues from both the IT and the IRO divisions participate from all partners involved in the alliance.
Programme
Workshops will run Monday – Friday with a complementary social and framework programme that includes topic-related city tours and field trips to the area.
The agenda can be downloaded here in early September.
Beyond knowledge and skills concerning the digitalisation of alliance mobilities, the programme offers you the opportunity to network and share experiences with other participants from the EUPeace alliance and to inspire yourself with new ideas for your own work.
You will…
- balance theory and practice of mobility digitalisation,
- discuss priorities in the digitalisation of mobilities,
- meet various stakeholders participating in relevant processes,
- identify challenges and opportunities for international mobility in the context of digitalisation,
- discover ways to identify and establish local transformation networks, and
have a lot of fun meeting great people from all around Europe!
Application
Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory.
You can apply to the STW via the application form for the EUPeace Staff Training Week 2024. Please submit your application by 30 September 2024!
