This 3-day seminar will gather 50 participants (around 15 representatives of EUPeace associated schools, mainly directors and in-service teachers of secondary schools and some 30 experts in teacher education – either from EUPeace WP3 Internationalising Teacher Education or from eCOST Project on Language of Schooling and from the Italian and French Administrations of Education).
The seminar has a double objective:
- Illustrate that being part of the EUPeace Network of Schools provides access to education expertise that schools might need.
- Help Associated Schools delineate clearly the challenges and benefits of hosting international interns.
The seminar will be also a great opportunity to embody with experiences from on-the-ground two of the main resources published by the EUPeace WP3 team: “The School for All Concept“ and “The Handbook on Internationalising Teacher Education“. Lastly, it will be a key contribution to the production of videos and resources preparing international internships of teacher students, in the framework of the PrinTEd project.
