On 2 November 2026, Marburg will host the Open Science Train-the-Trainer Retreat, organised by the Open Science Initiative University Marburg (OSIUM). The event is open to all interested members of the EUPeace Alliance and will take place in English. Registration closes on 20 September 2026, and an online kick-off meeting will take place on 19 October to help participants prepare.
About the event
The one-day Open Science Train-the-Trainer Retreat brings educators together in Marburg to exchange teaching approaches around Open Science, data literacy and coding skills. Designed as an unconference, the event combines morning discussions with afternoon time to develop practical ideas for participants’ own teaching. Open to educators at all experience levels, free of charge.
