The IV Economy for the Common Good International Conference (ECGIC 2026) will take place from 10 to 12 June 2026 in Amberg, Bavaria, under the theme Transforming towards a Fair and Sustainable Economy: Shared Responsibility of Science and Practice. The conference will bring together international participants from science, business and civil society to discuss practical approaches to economic, ecological, social and technological transformation.
Opportunity for EUPeace Members

The initiative supports participation from across the Alliance and encourages exchange between researchers, practitioners and students working on sustainability and social responsibility.

ECGIC 2026 will address a range of topics linked to economic and social transformation, including boundaries and post-growth, agriculture and food, consumer behaviour, education and research, common-good-oriented management strategies, and regional transformation and resilience.
