Second Chance to Make Your Dream Event Come True
The EUPeace Alliance invites students from our nine partner universities to design and deliver inspiring, student-led events that foster inclusion, connection, and positive change within our shared community.
Students are invited to design events in any creative format—such as workshops, seminars, art or performance activities, sports events, game nights, or social gatherings – as long as the events show a connection to foster the EUPeace values of peace, justice, and inclusion.
All events should contain at least an online component – such as live streaming, social media interaction, online meetings, or other digital formats – thereby, EUPeace students from all other EUPeace sites can somehow partake in the event.
The selected events are required to complete the activity by 15 December 2026 and submit a final report by 31 December 2026 to the local coordinator.

- Transparency and quality of application
- Is the proposal presented in a clear, honest, and transparent manner?
- Are goals, responsibilities, and expected outcomes adequately explained?
- Political neutrality and ethical alignment
- Does the project maintain political neutrality and align with the Alliance’s principles and ethical standards?
- Institutional or staff support
- Does the project demonstrate coordination with staff members?
- Innovation and student impact
- Does the event introduce new ideas, encourage collaboration, or provide meaningful benefits to students?
- Potential for community building
Does the event foster interaction, cooperation, and stronger connections among students across universities?
